Reporting a problem

The more of this you can include, the faster it gets fixed:

There is no crash reporting in the game and nothing is sent to us automatically, so a problem you do not tell us about is a problem we do not know exists.

Where your saves live

Saved games are stored locally on your Mac, inside the app's own container, and never leave it. Deleting the app removes them.

Playing together

A shared game connects two Macs directly, with no server in between. One player hosts and the other connects to that address. Both machines need to be able to reach each other over the network, so the simplest case is two Macs on the same home network.

If a connection fails, it is almost always one of three things: the two machines are not on the same network, the address or port was mistyped, or a firewall is blocking the port. macOS may ask permission to accept incoming connections the first time you host, and the game cannot host if that is declined.

Requirements

Privacy

The short version is that the game collects nothing and has no servers. The full policy explains exactly what a shared game sends and to whom.
